Data You Submit
Information entered into a search form, such as a name, phone number, or address, is sent to the third-party provider that operates the result service. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those queries. If you contact us, we receive the information included in your message and use it to respond.
Automatically Collected Information
Our host records routine log information, including an IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use aggregated activity information to operate and improve the service. Cookies or similar tools may also support basic analytics and, where used, advertising measurement.
How Visitor Data Is Used
We use the limited information described above to run the site, diagnose errors, measure traffic, and improve the reference material. We do not sell lists of visitors or create individual visitor profiles.
Outside Services and Links
Concord Township Residents Directory links to Lake County, Ohio, library, archive, and third-party search services. Each outside service controls the information submitted there under its own privacy terms. This includes sponsored results supplied by a third-party provider.
Who May Process Information
Hosting and support providers may process the ordinary server logs needed to provide the service. Analytics or advertising partners may receive automatic data in the manner described above. We disclose information when required by valid legal process and do not otherwise share it.
Keeping Information Secure
The site uses an encrypted connection, and logs are kept only for as long as the operating purposes require. Because there are no visitor accounts, the site does not maintain a password or account profile for you.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information through contact, please notify us so it can be removed.
Privacy and Record Requests
Ohio does not have an enacted comprehensive private-sector consumer privacy or data-broker law that gives every resident a universal deletion or opt-out right. Any request concerning information we hold can be made through the Contact page; because we retain little visitor information, we will check the contact mailbox and applicable logs for the request.
Government-held records are controlled by their custodian and record-specific law, not by this private reference site. The Ohio Public Records Act, ORC 149.43, includes exemptions and redaction duties. Safe at Home protections under ORC 111.41–111.46 and voter-record exclusions under ORC 3503.13 can limit address and identifying information. An omitted address can be a lawful protection, not an error. Requests to change or withhold a Lake County Recorder, elections, court, or township record must go to the appropriate custodian and statutory process.
Changes to This Policy
Any revision will appear on this page. Continuing to use the site after a revision takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
